Health Hydro - Leisure Consultancy

Swindon Borough Council (SBC), wishes to submit to tender the requirements for the provision of a Leisure Consultants to undertake : Preparatory work which will inform and oversee the regeneration and refurbishment of the Grade II* listed Health Hydro, Milton Road, Swindon, and also The review of the Council's other leisure centre assets post pandemic and how they relate to the opportunity to refurbish the Health Hydro.

The works will also include the proposed Project Management of the refurbishment of the Health Hydro.

It is proposed that services are to commence in November 2021 The estimated cost of these works is £500k - 600k

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Contract Period

The contract will be approximately for a period of 2.5 years commencing 25th November 2021 and conclude on the 31st March 2024.
