The Transport Appraisal and Strategic Modelling (TASM) team within the Department for Transport wishes to commission technical advice and expertise on the topic of base year matrix building for transport models.
The purpose of this commission will be to provide expert technical support and advice to the Department on the process of building base year matrices which will be provided in the form of a technical note on the process of building base year matrices. This includes building base year matrices for both assignment and demand models.
