description
The refurbishment of the Queens Walk Resource Centre in Ruislip including thermal alterations and comfort cooling, improvements to the Hydrotherapy WC, canopy glazing improvements and adaptations to the existing visitor WC toilet corridor. The building will remain in operation and use throughout the contract period and some degree of out of hours working may be necessary.
Additional information: The Council invites tenders for these works through the capitalesourcing.com electronic portal. The closing date for tenders is noon on Friday, 8th January 2016.
The Council intends to award a contract to the 'most economically advantageous tender' received and it will use weightings of 80% Price and 20% Quality to establish this.
