The Project is to be known as 'Woodside - External Wall Insulation, Window Replacement & Fire Remedial Works'.
The refurbishment works will include but are not limited to:
- oScaffold erection and striking to suit the phased works
- oReplace majority of existing windows
- oNew external wall system - insulated render.
- oWorks to repair and waterproof external balconies and walkways.
- oFire remedial works including replacement flat entrance doors to upper properties, improvement and upgrading of fire compartmentation.
- oAll associated design, testing, commissioning, and certification as required.
