Great Yarmouth Borough Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to undertake a Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) funded feasibility study, including viability assessment and options appraisal to explore estate-wide, physical, social and cultural regeneration on Middlegate Estate in Great Yarmouth.
