description

A partner has been appointed to help Post Office progress UX and UI in its development of a new platform, known as New Branch IT (NBIT), the development of which is being led by Post Office with support from a number of external suppliers.

The partner was appointed following a tender under Post Offices own Digital Capabilties Framework, Lot 1, Experience Design

The contract is provide assistance with the following:

UX/UI Design

Purpose:

To review the current designs and finalise the design system for all development teams to utilise To work with the virtual product teams to turn requirements into usable designs and unblock any UX/UI issues To ensure consistency across all journeys and designs

Figma development

Purpose:

To build and maintain prototypes in Figma

To own all designs in Figma and ensure the component library is up to date and sharable with development teams To provide usable Figma files to developers and product owners to enable them to progress build.

UX Testing /Research:

Purpose:

To design and undertake the testing methodology of the new system, using the outputs to feedback into the design To build out basic personas for testing purposes

To engage with Post Masters throughout
