Grounds Maintenance at BFI Master Film Store 2020-21 - AWARD

BFI is seeking a provider for the Grounds Maintenance at BFI Gaydon The Master Film Store.

Maintenance

Routine All-round Grass Cutting - Maximum of 16 all-round cuts of the entire site at ground level, taking in all Grassed areas around the site.

1. Additional occurrence of cutting - Cutting, clearing and taking away of brambles, undergrowth etc.
1. occurrence of cutting - clearing and taking away of brambles, undergrowth etc. pool catchment areas and 1999 Vaults, making sure that foliage is cleared away from the external Plant areas.
1. occurrence of Tree Work - ensuring the perimeter Roadway and Site Entrance are kept clear of overhanging branches, making sure that overhead cables are not impeded.
1. occurrence of keeping the perimeter fence area clear - Trimming back overhanging branches to ensure free unimpeded access at all times.
1. occurrence of Snow Clearing - from the Kineton Road, Drive Entrance to the Master Film Store Entrance for Staff and Visitor access.
