SBC1021 REPLACEMENT OF HEATING, VENTILATION & AIR CONDITIONING (hvac) PLANT AND FLAT ROOFING WORKS - AWARD

Stevenage Borough Council are currently seeking tenders for the provision of REPLACEMENT OF HEATING, VENTILATION & AIR CONDITIONING (hvac) PLANT AND FLAT ROOFING WORKS at Business & Technology Centre, Stevenage

The work comprises the decommissioning and removal of the existing HVAC plant, stripping off and replacement of the flat roof system and installation of a new HVAC plant in the roof plant area at the Business and Technology Centre. Works to include all roof access, lifting and transportation of materials and plant, provision of temporary ventilation services, testing and commissioning of plant and making good. An important factor in the success of the Contract will be the period prior to commencement on site. It is of vital importance that orders for HVAC plant, building materials and specialist sub-contractors are placed and secured to ensure the works can commence to the agreed programme. Accordingly, the Contractor's Authorised Representative will be required to work closely with the Council's Contract Manager to ensure that this requirement is met.

Please note that site visits are Mandatory and appointments are to be made via the correspondence function on one of the following dates: 13 October , 18th October or 22nd October. Appointments are available between 09:30 and 15:30.

This is a working site so please limit the number of attendees for your visit to no more than 3 persons.
