Brief description:

We are looking for a Workforce Analytics Manager to start asap to work until April 2024.

Role responsibilities include the following:

1. Employee Survey - Work with external provider to conduct, analyse and present employee survey results.
2. Sickness Absence Monitoring - quarterly report to Leadership Team/ analysis and overview as required. Target setting as and when required.
3. Provision of HR performance Indicators for the performance management framework.
4. Overseeing provision of HR Management Information; EDI monitoring; Gender Pay Reporting; Transparency Code and other statutory reporting.
5. Analysis and presentation of data as required.
6. Oversee the creation and upkeep of work structures.
7. Planning/ allocating work for the team/ dealing with escalations providing resolution to issues.
8. Overseeing provision of adhoc information requests.
9. Completion of benchmarking surveys.
10. Overseeing upkeep of HR intranet
11. Line management of team members

The role will involve working from home and Sandwell Council House, Oldbury. This is a 37 hour post.
