Job Title Workforce Analytics Manager
Rate of Pay: £23.09 per hour (Inside IR35)
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Location: Hybrid- working from home and will be expected to work from Sandwell Council House, Oldbury twice per week
Start Date: ASAP
Contract type: Temporary

Brief description:
We are looking for a Workforce Analytics Manager to start asap to work until April 2024.
Role responsibilities include the following:
- Employee Survey - Work with external provider to conduct, analyse and present employee survey results.
- Sickness Absence Monitoring - quarterly report to Leadership Team/ analysis and overview as required. Target setting as and when required.
- Provision of HR performance Indicators for the performance management framework.
- Overseeing provision of HR Management Information; EDI monitoring; Gender Pay Reporting; Transparency Code and other statutory reporting.
- Analysis and presentation of data as required.
- Oversee the creation and upkeep of work structures.
- Planning/ allocating work for the team/ dealing with escalations providing resolution to issues.
- Overseeing provision of adhoc information requests.
- Completion of benchmarking surveys.
- Overseeing upkeep of HR intranet
- Line management of team members
The role will involve working from home and Sandwell Council House, Oldbury. This is a 37 hour post.
