The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) is seeking a tenderer to carry out an independent evaluation of two phases of collaborative projects as part of the Outstanding Teaching, Learning and Assessment (OTLA) programme - Learner Progress (Phase 5) and English (Phase 6).

The two aims of OTLA are to:

  • Improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment in the FE and training sector and;
  • Support increased professionalism for practitioners in the sector.

OTLA is underpinned by the Professional Standards. The programme is made up of 4 different strands: Collaborative projects; Professional Exchanges; Support, Training and Resources; and the Practitioner Research Programme.

This tender will the evaluate the delivery of work in the collaborative projects strand.
