Project Management and Capacity Building for a sustainable Dudley Town Centre Partnership - AWARD

As part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund initiative, the successful supplier will be required to complete and maintain evidence.

This tender specification seeks an organisation to take the project to the next stage of consolidation and performance.

A contract will be agreed upon and detailed to include and not restricted to:

• oContinuation of regular partnership steering group meetings
• oExtensive engagement/outreach to:
• obuild stakeholder participation in the core steering group and wider open meetings
• obuild awareness of the Town Centre Partnership Group
• oApproach should enhance the existing Town Centre Partnership and build individual and collective stakeholder/partnership capacity.
• oGroup should be inclusive and represent a wide range of stakeholders within the town.
• oProject management and facilitation of Town Centre Marketing project (Appendix 1).
• oDemonstrate how you will measure success and impact of support.
• oIdentify and/or activate any further opportunities to build ownership and collective capacity in the town.
