The objectives of this leadership programme are to shift the leadership behaviours to a much more collaborative enquiry led approach. Our ambition is to equip our leaders to establish the right conditions within their teams, building a culture of agility, partner centricity and commissioning. This is to ensure that we develop the capacity to take people on the journey providing everyone with the tools to perform their role ensuring high functioning, agile and collaborative teams. The programme also needs to embed our ambitions for a Strength Based approach to Leadership ensuring we deliver the 2050 outcomes.
The intention of the programme is that it would form part of our integrated offering being highly participative based on the 70:20:10 principles, designed specifically to embed a collaborative learning model to provide our leaders the "operational coaching" tools required to deliver the following programme objectives.
In delivering its aspirations SBC would like to hear from providers who could work collaboratively to deliver our leadership aspirations in an informed manner. Selected Providers will then be invited to attend a Market Engagement Event on 15 January 2020 to discuss further how you can help is meet our leadership ambitions.
