EM Lawshare - Legal Services - Mini-Competition.
The Council has a requirement to procure a Service Provider for the provision of legal services in accordance with its requirement to procure a new leisure management service provider.
In addition, the Council may have a requirement (not guaranteed but may be required by the Council) for legal services to create a JCT design and build contract in connection with Bedworth Physical Activity Hub (PAH) construction. The current main contractor is appointed under a Pre-Constriction Services Agreement (PCSA) following a procurement exercise but a JCT Design and Build Contract is yet to be completed.
