Viability Testing and Development Appraisal Work for Potential Regeneration Site in Wyre Forest

Quotations are invited for development appraisal and viability testing of three development sites in Wyre Forest

North Worcestershire Economic Development & Regeneration (NWEDR) provides economic development and regeneration services for the three North Worcestershire local authorities of Wyre Forest District Council, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council.

NWEDR is seeking to commission a suitably qualified person or company to provide feasibility testing and development appraisals for three potential regeneration sites that exist across Wyre Forest District.

Under a separate commission, Wyre Forest District Council has appointed RJA architects to produce initial development plans for three sites in the ownership of Wyre Forest. Whilst the initial plans have been developed by the architects, the Council now requires further work and interrogation of the plans.

The Council is therefore seeking advice in relation to the feasibility of the proposed development options, a development appraisal for each site and some recommendations as to the financial and risk implications that would be associated with each of the developments.

Deadline for submissions to Pro-Contract Due North is 11:00am Wednesday 10th August 2016.

To gain access to the Invitation to Quote document, tenderers will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, tenderers will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the tender documents. Tenderers will need to electronically submit an expression of interest and an electronic copy of the ITQ will be sent as an attachment.
