NHS England and NHS Improvement are looking to commission (an) expert(s) in the field of psychological constructs, psychometric validation of constructs, and their measurement in self-management to undertake two (related) pieces of work:
Phase 1 - Undertake a concept mapping exercise of personalised care, and in particular supported self-management.
Phase 2 - Following production of the phase 1 report and discussion with NHS England and NHS Improvement, undertake a further exercise to identify what measures are available for the concepts that we have decided to focus on - The deadline for clarification questions is 30/10/20 at 17.00.
Responses to the clarification questions will be sent out, no later than 48 business hours after the deadline.
