Can you deliver innovative solutions for Post Diagnosis Dementia Services in Bromley?

The London Borough Bromley and Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking to establish a new and comprehensive Post Diagnosis Dementia Support Service for people living in Bromley with a diagnosis of dementia and for their carers. It is anticipated that there will be five components of the service:

Advice, Information and support
Community Development and support
Carer Training
Support to Care Homes
Skills training and support to Extra Care Homes

To facilitate this, the Council is hosting a Provider Information Event where there will be a presentation as well as a question and answer session.

The outline agenda for the day is:

Proposed structure
Intended outcomes
Tender operation
Timescales

Suppliers wishing to attend the Provider Information Event are requested to complete the online registration form on the Bromley website (link below) by 12 noon on Tuesday 27 October 2015. Please note that we can only accommodate up to 2 people per organisation.
