BIG001-1084 London Office Reception and Kitchen Refurbishment

This specification includes an overview of the project, particulars about the office spaces included in the tender, scope of the project and expected outcomes.

The main purpose of this project is to refresh the main kitchen and reception space The National Lottery Community Fund's head office in London.

Last refurbished in 2014, these spaces no longer serve the ways in which the Fund works, the furniture is unfit for purpose and the décor does not fully reflect our brand.

Scope of service:

-Redesign, redecorate and refurnish the main kitchen, reception and high desk / collaboration space as per the below design criteria. -Obtain all statutory consents

-Adapt fire systems as necessary

-Adapt power and data systems as necessary and ensure these are in close proximity to the individual agile working seating.

-Provide Furniture fit for the various activities detailed in the design criteria below.

-Disposal of existing furniture, fittings, fixtures and equipment in accordance with current legislation and best environmental practice. -All H&S & DDA Compliance to be incorporated.

-Provide power points close to 1-2-1 seating and Collab desks

-Provide new flooring, we are open to suggestions of vinyl wood flooring or other alternative carpet designs suitable to the usage of the space.

Elements in-scope: Furniture, Data and power ports, Walls, Flooring, Furniture, AV & IT systems.

Elements out of scope: Windows and Blinds, Lighting, mechanical plant (air conditioning), fire systems (unless legislation requires the adjustments due to removal / addition of partitioning).
