The key objectives of the procurement include:
- A easy to use online system which links to Sanctuary's e-learning system
- Facility for Supplier to host Sanctuary specific courses
- Training materials to be included as part of the contract price.
- Online real time reporting available
- Implementation as well as on-going account management.
- Customer Support to be available during working hours.
- The supplier must have an understanding of the Housing and Care sectors to ensure their products will align toSanctuary's needs.
- The supplier must offer flexibility for any necessary changes/additions in the future
