Sunderland City Council (the Authority) is seeking to appoint a Technology Partner and to establish with the Technology Partner an alternative service delivery model for ICT and Technology for both the Authority and the City of Sunderland (the City) ( and potentially the wider North East region).

Additional information: Expressions of interest must be by way of completion and return of the PQQ via the NEPO portal by

12:00 Noon on 20/10/15. Economic operators who wish to participate may obtain the PQQ, the accompanying

Memorandum of Information (MOI) and other supporting procurement documents from the NEPO portal at

'www.nepoportal.org' Tender Reference A2ND – LN76P4. Please note that economic operators will firstly need to register for free through the NEPO portal and obtain log-in details in order to access the documents.

The Authority reserves the right not to award the contract and/or framework agreement in whole or part, to cancel or amend the procurement process and does not bind itself to accept any tender.
