- the purchase of gas and electricity
- planning, design, implementation and other activities related to embedded generation (combined heat and power)
- collection and cleaning of supply and consumption data
- invoice, bill validation such as collection, validation and analysis together with connection issue resolution
- portfolio management activities including maintenance of utility portfolio
