UKHSA is seeking an organisation that can develop a stable single data repository on a reliable platform, which will be able to do the following:
| • | Import and rationalise legacy data from the original MS Access 2003 database |
| • | Import and rationalise legacy data from two separate MS Access 2010 databases |
| • | Develop a front end in order to: |
| o | interrogate data and create reports based on common queries |
| o | generate queries dependant on service requirements |
| o | sort data and find individual records/datasets |
| o | add new records to different tables |
| o | update existing data |
| o | issue standard reports and template documents |
