The Intelligent Mooring System (IMS) needs to be tested in a laboratory test facility where it is possible to subject the component to both static and dynamic tensile loading, e.g. a tensile test machine.
Tenderers are to be aware that funding for this Project is being provided by the European Regional Development Fund ("ERDF") through the Welsh Government.
