Minor Works Framework

Aston University is looking to establish a framework agreement for routine minor building works/installations of a few hundred pounds up to a maximum of ?20,000 per job. The framework will be appointed in lots covering Flooring, Glazing, Drainage, Painting & Decorating, Roofing and a general builder?s lot.

Applicants must be constructionline registered in order to participate in this framework as detailed in the Instructions to Suppliers section.

Additional information: This will be a works sub OJEU framework agreement. We will be undertaking a 2 stage process and interested applicants must be constructionline registered. Please ensure that you answer all mandatory questions in addition to the questions specific to the lot that you are applying for.

Aston University uses Constructionline to reduce the administrative burden on suppliers wishing to apply for this opportunity.
