Widening of the northern footpath at Fleet Pond reservoir, construction of a slipway, replacement of timber footbridge, and resurfacing of Fleet Pond access road and car park

Update 22/10/2021: The council acknowledges that the responses to some clarifications have proved more complex, taking longer than we would have liked and in turn has prompted some further clarification. As a result, we have agreed to allow bidders additional time to factor in these updates and will extend the deadline for submissions to 4pm Monday 1 November. All other project deadlines should remain as planned.

The Council invites quotations to widen the northern footpath of Fleet Pond reservoir; replacement of short-span low level timber and steel bridge, construction of new slipway in northern eastern of the reservoir, resurface the Fleet Pond car park and access road.

Some supporting documentation is restricted to interested bidders only. Please email procurement@hart.gov.uk if you need a copy of these. The contract will be run under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract model.
