Halton Borough Council (HBC) would like to invite quotations for the cleaning of the Runcorn bus station and bus shelters throughout the Borough and also for the patch painting of bus shelters in the borough of Halton. There are three bus shelters that require a full paint. This process is run via the web portal called The Chest. All quotation documents can be accessed via The Chest.
