Velocity 400 Ltd T/A Ensemble Purchasing is undertaking this Request For Information exercise on behalf of it's client The Royal College of Art.
The Purpose of this Prior Information Notice without a Call for Competition is to gauge market interest in this potential future opportunity and to also obtain further insight and advice on the current specification that will enable the College to further develop a specification for a potential future opportunity.
