The project comprises the full refurbishment of bedrooms, shower rooms, WC's, corridors and stair cores, with minor decoration works to kitchens, to approximately 50% of the St Christopher's Court Halls of Residence site located on Ashbourne Road, Derby, DE22 3FY Date for commencement of the works: Monday 2nd July 2018
Date for completion of the works: Friday 7th September 2018
Works will be carried out under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design (2016).
