Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out
- Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR) on a range of properties managed by Thirteen Group in accordance with its legal obligations as a Landlord. The EICR is to ensure the condition of the electrics comply with the current British Standard for electrical safety (BS7671).
- Any remedial work identified during the visual inspection and periodic testing of electrical installations. The Contract will be undertaken on a "Supply & Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body
