Prior Information Notice - Childrens Social Care and Adults Social Care Case Management System

PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE Preliminary Market Consultation North East Lincolnshire Council, NELC, North Lincolnshire Council, NLC and East Riding of Yorkshire Council, ERYC are reviewing their case management system requirements. NELC currently has 5 systems for recording Education, Health and Social care Information. In line with its ICT strategy, NELC seeks to reduce the number of places identical information is recorded by reducing the numberof databases used. NLC has the same broad aims and may decide to tender its childcare and potentially itsadult social care recording systems with NELC. ERYC has a similar interest in market developments. The intentof the councils will be clear when the Contract Notice, for the tender, is released. Objectives: Integrate case management systems, simplify recording processes, reduce duplication of dataentry, deliver an affordable solution in an environment of reducing budgets, support the highest degree of dataintegrity, reduce back office resources for system management.
