Domicillary Complex Care for Children Market Engagement Event

Market Engagement Event.

North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group, on behalf of Hampshire 5 CCG's. North Hampshire CCG, West Hampshire CCG, Fareham and Gosport CCG, and South Eastern Hampshire CCG., wish to invite interested providers of Complex Children's Domiciliary Healthcare to an engagement event to be held on the 22nd September 2017 from 10 until 12 noon, in the Eastleigh Southampton area (Venue to be provided on application)

This event will be to discuss the service requirements for the Complex Children's Domiciliary Care service. The event will give providers the opportunity to discuss proposals and to comment on the service specification, also hear from the CCG how the services are to be structured for the future.

Complex Care will include the provision of a care team and may also include the ordering, maintenance and disposal of specialist equipment, ancillary supplies, prescription management any or all of which may be required by the individual and will be set out in their care plan. The majority of Individuals will have severe complex health.

11. Read through the specification and come to the event with any questions or relevant comments you may have that will inform the service.
