This contract is for a creative, landscape led, design team to provide a coordinated package that delivers the following works:
| 1. | Expanding the skatepark for additional skate, bmx and parkour; |
| 2. | Improve access to and within the events field; |
| 3. | Improve pedestrian links between the skate park, play area and main avenues; |
| 4. | Remodel and enhance the play area to cater for older and younger children; |
| 5. | Construct a new café; |
| 6. | Refurbish and possibly extend the bowling green building to accommodate a wider range of users; |
| 7. | Construct 4 new tennis courts behind the bowling green building; |
| 8. | Refurbish or possibly reconstruct the changing facilities near the baseball pitch; |
