description

This study is being procured in order to support the identification and subsequent delivery of projects that will form part of the range of additional measures schemes that will ensure that there is adequate provision in Leeds and West Yorkshire of effective alternative fuel infrastructure to the city's fleets. There is a need to identify the demand for alternative fuel infrastructure and crucially, where this should be implemented in order to deliver maximum returns on any investment. Mapping of core fleets in the city region will identify where there are opportunities to engage with businesses and public sector organisations to profile fleets and project alternative fuel uptake scenarios. Alternative fuel demand and infrastructure requirements will be considered across the range of fuel types for example electric, hydrogen and gas variants.
