TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR SITE ENABLING WORKS AT PLOT 'W' BASING VIEW, BASINGSTOKE

To help achieve this, the Council is seeking compliant tenders for construction works for provision of site enabling works at Plot 'W' Basing View, Basingstoke The Council has proposed the following timetable for this Tender process:

Dispatch of ITT: Monday 15th Jan 2018

Questions & Answers: Monday 15th Jan - 12th Feb 2018

Return of Tender: Monday 19th Feb 2018, 15:00:00

Evaluation of Tender: Tues 20th Feb - Weds 28th Feb 2018

Interviews : Thursday 8th Mar - Friday 9th Mar 2018

Notification of Contract Award to Tenderers: Friday 22nd March 2018

Commencement of Mobilisation Period: Monday 26th March 2018

Commencement of Work on Site* : Monday 26th March 2018

Completion of Site works & Handover*: Wednesday 18th July 2018

Note*: Dates to be confirmed with successful Tenderer.

The Council reserves the right to change the above timetable and Tenderers will be notified accordingly where there is a change in the timetable.

The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: http://sebp.due-north.com
