Leicester City Council (LCC) are developing an area of land at Abbey Park, St Maragets Pastures Sports Centre, Leicester to accommodate a new Skatepark. The Development Site is located between Leicester Hockey Club and the River Soar. LCC has received planning approval and as part of this requires that planning pre-commencement works are agreed and completed before the actual Skatepark construction begins.
