To appoint a Cyber Business Continuity Partner to deliver a session with senior Council officers on the impact of a major cyber incident on the business continuity of the Council and the issues which needs to be considered and addressed. To provide advice on approach and methodology to establish robust business continuity arrangements and documented playbooks on key critical areas of operations. To provide and lead an exercise which stress tests these business continuity arrangements with feedback and recommendations for further work, changes and improvement. To act as an adviser on a call off basis for additional "hands on" support on business continuity planning in respect of a major cyber incident.
