description

Output Services Group (OSG) provides the Agency with its print and mail functionality. OSG is the largest in-house print and mail facility within UK government producing 100 million items of mail per year, averaging just under 400 thousand transactions every day. We complete work on behalf of other government departments and agencies. These include the Home Office, Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, Driver & Vehicle Agency and the Government Digital Notify Service.

OSG introduced ISO certification into the working environment in 2009 and the requirements have been developed to suit the underlying requirement of the department. These standards have matured and underpin best practise and resilience across the varying processes maintained.

OSG have successfully maintained certification to;

-ISO/IEC27001:2013 Information Security Management System
-ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System
-ISO22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System
