The Higher Education landscape is changing dramatically and the University is facing an increasingly competitive environment. In order to remain competitive, the University urgently wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and specialist service provider to provide an excellent customer service to its prospective students, applicants and offer holders, by engaging with them throughout the admission cycle.
