Tenders are invited for the provision of the Service as specified in this document for the period 1st February 2020 to 31st January 2021 with an option to review the Contractors performance and dependent upon that performance, extend for a further 18-months .The service is to provide Architectural services to supplement existing internal council resources. Based upon current financial forecasts and demand levels to meet these budgetary expectations the Council will be responsible for delivering up to 600 adaptations per year. It is expected that around 50-80 or so schemes of varying sizes may need to be designed externally.
