Bolsover District Council is seeking to appoint a principal Soffit and Fascia contractor to undertake the renewal of Soffits and Fascias and associated works at council owned domestic properties located throughout the district. The duration of the contract term is to cover a four year period and is to be arranged on s 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year basis.
