Expression of Interest Notice – Boilers Works Package

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Dyfed Powys acts as the voice of the public on policing and crime matters. The Commissioner is responsible for setting the strategic direction for policing within the force area including the physical estate.

As part of an overall building refurbishment programme a need has been identified to immediately replace mechanical and electrical equipment at several sites across the estate. A high level breakdown of the works required is as follows and this includes both commercial and domestic systems appropriate to the building size:

Newtown Police Station - Boiler replacement

Welshpool Police Station - Boiler & Pipework Distribution System Replacement Aberystwyth Police Station - Boiler replacement

Tenby Police Station - Boiler & Pipework Distribution System Replacement Pembroke Dock Police Station - Boiler replacement

Haverfordwest Police Station - Boiler replacement

Companies who wish to bid for this tender will be offered the opportunity to attend site on specific days (currently 9 – 11th August) and the proposed construction phase of the works is from end of August through to late October.
