JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2016 Edition

The project involves the refurbishment and reconfiguration of 4 rooms to the Trinity Building and the Andrew Keane Learning Resource Centre (AKLC) buildings to allow for its use as a teaching location for Information Technology. Details of the Project can be found in the Contract Documents issued with the tender package.

It is expected the works will take approximately 6 weeks in duration during the months of July & August 2021 with a forecast completion of 28th August 2021.
