Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide all necessary resources to carry out the works in accordance with all information contained within this enquiry.

The elements of works to be undertaken and priced are as below and will also be found in the accompanying Bill of Quantities.

The Contractor is to allow for 3 separate visits as identified below.

BEBO Arch Strip Footings and Keyway Visit 1

Causeway Retaining Wall foundations Visit 1

Reinforced Concrete for Parapets Visit 3

Grouting Visit 2

Bridge and Causeway Retaining Walls Mass Distribution Slab Visit 3

Cutwaters & Lighting Box Outs Foundations Visit 1

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 30 Quality and 70 Price.

The tender submissions will be assessed on 70 price & 30 quality based on the quality questions provided in the tender pack, therefore contractors must complete the quality questions to be assessed and scored accordingly against this 30.

Contractor must confirm their availability to commence on the anticipated start date as well as advise of their assumed durations and programme of works.

Contractor is to price the BQs as well as review the designs and itemise any additional items they feel are required.
