Conversion of Garage to Independent Living Accommodation at Oak House Children's Home Spetchley Road Worcester - Short Deadline

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified Building Contractors to convert an existing garage to provide an additional independent living accommodation for an individually targeted young person to live in at Oak House Children's Home Spetchley Road Worcester.

Oak House is a children's home for young people, the house is in a residential part of Worcester and the freehold is owned by Worcestershire County Council.

The contract is primarily for the conversion of the existing garage block to provide a single person's flat for semi-independent living. The works will include, but are not limited to, stripping out, construction of new partitions and ceilings, new toilet, kitchen & associated drainage, electrical and mechanical works.

Please note that this is a revised specification for project originally tendered in June 2017.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

All tender documents must be uploaded to the portal by the due date as late returns will not be accepted.

Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English Law.

Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.
