Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Minor Works and Trades

NOE CPC 'the Authority' is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Minor Works and Trades, which shall be open for a period of 48 months, and is inviting Potential Providers to submit an application for admission.

In the Stage One admission, all Potential Providers who meet the selection criteria and are not excluded will be admitted to the DPS. There will no limit on the number of Providers that may join the DPS for each work category.

Individual contracts are awarded at Stage 2 where Contracting Authorities will invite all Providers based on the works category and location, to bid for a specific contract.

The initial deadline for requests to participate is 12:00 on 12/01/2018, however the DPS remains open to any Potential Provider to request to participate throughout its 48 month duration.

The DPS does not guarantee any minimum spend and there will be no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee under this DPS.
