The University of Salford is seeking to procure the services of a contractor to undertake the strip out and refurbishment of a proportion of an exam hall to form a new Dementia Hub within the ground floor of the existing Allerton Building at the University's Frederick Road campus. The building is located at the following address: University of Salford, Allerton Building, Frederick Road, Salford M6 6PU.
