This service specification is for the provision of a range of independent advocacy services for adults, namely

• oIndependent Mental Health Act Advocacy (IMHA)
• oCare Act Advocacy (CAA)
• oNHS Complaints Advocacy (NHS-CA)
• oSocial Care Complaints Advocacy (SCCA)
