Agresso Support

The University of the West of England have been using Agresso Business World as their finance system since 2003. The majority of the core modules are used including Logistics, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.

Their current live system is 5.5.2 but the University is in the process of upgrading to Milestone 5 on a like for like basis, although staff expenses will be implemented shortly after the upgrade and other modules will be reviewed.

The University are looking for a partner to provide additional ad-hoc support to assist with technical/configuration guidance and problem solving, especially during the Milestone 5 upgrade and implementation of new modules thereafter.

Ideally, the partner should provide a helpdesk function enabling the University’s Finance Business Systems team to contact them during office hours and work together to resolve system issues in a timely manner. The partner should also offer short-term consultancy to assist with specific tasks, such as the implementation of a new module, reviewing existing configuration and technical tasks including Agresso Report Creator.
