The awarding authority is inviting expressions of interests from suitably qualified and experienced consultants who wish to be considered for the
selection to tender for architectural led multidisciplined design team, to include mechanical and electrical and structural engineering consultancy
services, for the design and delivery of the new National Horizons Centre at Teesside University Darlington Campus.The National Horizons Centre is an exciting new initiative, a catalyst for growth of the UK's bioscience
sector. The estimated total gross floor area of the proposed development is in the region of 3,000m2 and will provide a range of facilities including highly specialised manufacturing facilities, medical sciences
and specialist laboratories, engineering facilities particularly in higher education/cross over projects within industry. The estimated construction costs is circa £10M excl VAT, professional fees and specialist laboratory equipment. Please email tenders@tees.ac.uk to request the PQQ document.
