Worcester City Council has been successful in its Expression of Interest (EoI) to the Future High Streets Fund (FHSF) for Northern Area (Blackfriars). The object of the FHSF is to renew and reshape town centres and high streets in a way that improves experience, drives growth and ensures future sustainability.To progress with the next phase of assessment the Council is now required to develop a full business case for capital investment by the FHSF in support of the proposal and strategic ambition outlined in the EoI (Appendix A). Worcester City Council wishes to engage multi-disciplinary consultancy support to develop the full capital investment business case in accordance with published HM Treasury business case and other government guidance.
The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Due North Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
