description
Staffordshire County Council (The Council) is seeking assistance from economic operators interested in helping shape the draft specification for a Managed Security Service (MSS) to encompass a Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) service and associated Security Operations Centre (SOC) monitoring and services.
The Council has produced a draft specification for the essential criteria that they expect the SOC\SIEM service would need to deliver. The council's indicative budgetary figure has been included within the specification.
In addition to the draft specification, the Council is seeking answers to several questions as part of an RFI process in order to assist with the prioritisation and shaping of the draft specification.
Should the Council choose to procure a solution in the future, a compliant procurement approach will be initiated.
